The trial is a paid one-hour lesson at the rate agreed on WhatsApp, a real teaching session with the teacher who would continue with your child.

The trial lesson

The trial is booked and paid at the agreed rate. It is a full teaching session, so your child gets real value whether or not you continue.

Rescheduling

If you need to move a lesson, let us know on WhatsApp as early as you can and we’ll find another time. Specific notice terms are confirmed when you book.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund arrangements are agreed with you on WhatsApp at booking.
