Frequently asked questions
What information should I send?
The WhatsApp button opens a message you can complete: parent’s name, student’s name, year (Y9/Y10/Y11), target grade and exam year. Add the board if you know it.
Is the trial free?
The trial is a paid one-hour lesson at the rate agreed on WhatsApp. It is a full teaching session with the teacher who would continue with your child.
How soon can we start?
We reply the same day and find a time that fits your child’s school schedule.
